What information does Hotspace gather about its customers?
The bulk of the information Hotspace has about its customers is the information we get through the "Host Me" form when you request a hosting account with us. We may also gather information from your web site, from the Australian Securities Commission and by querying a "Whois" tool on the Internet.

Sometimes we conduct surveys, and although these can be anonymous, we prefer to get your contact details so that we can follow-up on any issues that need clarification.

How does Hotspace use your personal information?
Hotspace uses the information it has about its customers to operate the web hosting or mail forwarding account, to register and renew domain names as requested, and to provide third party products and services when requested by the customer.

To change your account details simply log on to the account management feature in our web site and submit your new details. To cancel your our account with Hotspace you must make your request in writing or facsimile on company letterhead.
